buttock lipectomy
Buttock lipectomy helps to reduce folds and creases, dips and excess skin in the buttock area and give the bottom a firmer look. For that subcutaneous tissues are lifted, tightened and excess skin removed. For best results the surgery is often combined with liposuction or endoprosthesis of the buttocks.
Buttock lipectomy is recommended for patients who have:
- excess skin or fat tissue on the buttock
- loss of skin elasticity after weight loss
- difficulties in achieving tight buttocks despite of training and a healthy diet
Surgery at Christinas Clinic
The incisions of the operation are made horizontally above the buttocks. Any excess skin and fat tissue below the area is removed and the wound closed with absorbable sutures.
After the surgery the buttocks remain under high pressure and sitting must be done with care. The surgery leaves scars, but they remain hidden in the bikini area and become lighter and thinner with time.
