lipofilling, lipostructure
Breast augmentation by lipofilling is a surgery during which the patient’s own fat is injected into the remodeled areas.
Breast augmentation by autologous fat transfer is a suitable procedure for patients who desire:
- minor breast enlargement
- to balance asymmetrical breasts
- to enlarge the breasts with natural filler
- to enhance the breasts with no visible scars
Breast enlargement with fat transfer is a safe procedure that does not cause allergies and offers natural results.

The procedure starts with liposuction. 5 mm incisions are made in the patient’s donor areas, – mainly the abdomen or thighs. A cannula is inserted to first loosen and then remove localized fat deposits. The wounds are closed with absorbable sutures.
Liposuction is followed by filtering and washing the fat in saline to remove blood and oil. The isolated fat cells are then reinjected into the breast through small cannulas. This injection does not leave any wounds nor scars.
Depending on the scale of the desired enlargement, lipofilling might need to be carried out more than once.
