In recent years, there has been a growing demand for breast augmentation with the help of fat transplants. So far, we have had to sadden our patients and readers – to be honest, the method was by no means effective. Namely, with fat the breasts could be enlarged so little that it was barely noticeable. Considerable changes would have required at least three visits to the surgeon and three times the recovery time. Fat transplantation possibilities and limitations

In the case of fat transplantation, we still need to understand the specifics of this method. For example, you can only fill the protruding part of a breast with fat. This means that the base of the breast does not get bigger, and the breasts do not rise higher. If you want to make such changes, you still must consider an implant.

Fat transplantation can still be used for its traditional purpose. This is well-suited for situations where the differences of the breasts need to be balanced or where over-muscular implants have caused a significant rand on a breast. To maximize the attachment of fat to the body, supportive bras should be worn for three months, both at night and during the day.

There is another important prerequisite for coming to a fat transplant surgery – a woman must have enough body fat to be sucked out first. Women with a low percentage of fat simply do not have enough fat for transplantation. However, women with a higher fat percentage can catch two flies with one stroke – breasts get bigger and thighs or a stomach get slimmer.
