phalloplasty, penis enlargement for girth
Penile girth enhancement surgery helps to enlarge the penis up to 50% in diameter when flaccid or erect.
At Christinas Clinic lipofilling is used for penile girth enhancement. It is a non-invasive technique that has proven its reliability over its relatively long history. There are rarely any risks involved in transferring fat to the penis, and the only problem is that the fat can reabsorbe into the body over time.
The procedure starts with liposuction. The incisions are made in patient’s donor areas, which are mainly abdomen or tights. Liposuction is followed by filtering and washing the fat in saline to remove blood and oil. The isolated fat cells are then reinjected into the penis through small cannulas. This injection does not leave any wounds or scars.
The volume of transplanted fat depends on the skin’s elasticity and other physiological indications. To achieve greater volume, the surgery can be repeated after 3-6 months.
For more effective results girth enhancement can be combined with penile lengthening surgery, but they are not done simultaneously. We require at least 3 months in between the two surgeries.
